Mark your calendar for Kenedy’s 40th Annual Bluebonnet Days festival! This year, Bluebonnet Days will be held on May 11th & 12th. As Bluebonnet Days continues to grow and bring in additional attractions including additional vendors, a larger carnival, the growth of the IBCA sanctioned Triple Heat BBQ Cook-Off, and larger musical entertainment, the Bluebonnet Days festival has been relocated to the Karnes County Show Barn for 2018. The relocation of this event will allow for a more centralized and cohesive atmosphere and a family friendly and safer environment. The Kenedy Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Executive Director, Jolene Terwilliger have been hard at work planning the details. Additionally, The Bluebonnet Days parade will remain in Downtown Kenedy. Applications for vendors, parade entries and the BBQ Cook-Off are now available at the Kenedy Chamber of Commerce or may be downloaded here:
