Cotton Mill Restaurant and Bar Ribbon Cutting
The Kenedy Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the Grand Opening and ribbon cutting of the new Cotton Mill Restaurant & Bar that will take place on Friday, April 17th at 5 o’clock in the evening. The Cotton Mill is located at 820 Escondido Street in Kenedy. Following the Grand Opening, there will be live entertainment from 7:30-11:30 PM. This event will kick start the brand new beginnings of a restaurant that will undoubtedly blossom in a building grown from very old roots. The building was originally a Cotton Mill in the early part of the 20th century and has lovingly been restored in the hopes that new memories will be made in this establishment that has survived over 55 years. Brian Friday, Investor and General Manager of the Cotton Mill, wants the public to know that his eatery welcomes people of all ages and cultures, from “grandma and grandpa to Harley Davidson riders.” Mr. Friday has been in the restaurant business for most of his life and radiates a passion and heart for this establishment. He also attributes a lot of the Cotton Mill’s success to their new Executive Chef, Nathan Luna. Their menu includes everything from Boudain Balls to immaculately prepared Red Fish, and the menu is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Friday stated that he loves what he does and will do whatever it takes to make each and every customer leave full and happy. Cotton Mill Restaurant and Bar is open Sunday-Thursday from 11 AM – 11 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 11 AM – Midnight.
