Town Topics: “Christmas in Kenedy”

The Kenedy Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the City of Kenedy for hosting Christmas in Kenedy and allowing us to be part of such a successful event!  Santa Claus made a grand entrance waving atop a fire truck thanks to the Kenedy Volunteer Fire Department, and kicked off the evening with the official lighting ceremony of the park.  Children had a blast taking pictures with Santa, decorating cookies and ornaments, enjoying hot chocolate and freshly popped kettle corn.  Santa’s helper read a Christmas story and children from Kenedy Elementary sang Christmas carols directed by Ms. Weaver.
